Principal’s Welcome

Dear Parents,

I am excited to serve as the Principal/Head of School here at Gorman Christian Academy.  Our mission at Gorman is to serve as partners with parents and provide an excellent education with a Biblical Worldview while developing strong Christian character and values.  Parents are encouraged to become involved in their child’s educational experiences such as field trips, classroom parties, Parent/Teacher Fellowship and other school activities.

Our faculty and staff are highly dedicated and well qualified to provide your child(ren) with a strong educational foundation and biblical worldview.  As a ministry of Gorman Baptist Church, we are dedicated to preparing the next generation to lead the kingdom of God.  We believe that for a student to be truly educated, they must not only know God’s plan for their own life but also God’s plan for the ages.  As such we focus our efforts on developing life skills and abilities that enable every child to discover God’s unique plan and to ensure that they are prepared not only for life but for eternity.

Through academic rigor and consistent study of the Bible which starts in the kindergarten class, students will develop a strong work ethic, an appreciation for growing their knowledge and a desire to practice Godly wisdom.  Teachers and parents will be unified and partner in their efforts to mature their students to become leaders in the community who lead with an upstanding character holding themselves to biblical standards.

Gorman is richly blessed with a dedicated and experienced staff, each of whom is committed to academic excellence and building Christ-like character in our students.  We strive to offer a variety of learning experiences that will inspire innovative thinkers and confident lifelong learners.  We believe that each of our students is equipped with God-given gifts and we offer a variety of opportunities for students to discover their potential.  Our elementary and middle school students have the opportunity to develop skills and compete in a variety of academic contests as well as spelling, art, piano, math Olympics and athletics.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  I look forward to working with you and our students this year and to provide a safe learning environment that supports student success and brings glory to God.  May God richly bless as we strive to fulfill his promise!

Serving Christ Together,
Ms. Amy Rinaldi
