  • COVID-19 UPDATE We are so excited for our 2020 summer camp here at Gorman and so glad that your child will be joining us. We will take every appropriate measure to keep your child safe and healthy through the following policy changes:
  • 1.) New scheduling/cancellation policy – In order to ensure that we have a safe number of students for our campus and field trip locations, we will need accurate head counts at least two weeks in advance. I have included a more detailed calendar of the summer. Please return it with the specific days you expect your child to attend camp. If your schedule changes, we will need to be notified at least two weeks in advance of that date, or you will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
  • 2.) Social distancing – We anticipate being in Phase 2 of North Carolina’s reopening plan at the beginning of camp and moving into Phase 3 during the summer. We will continue to update our policy to meet any requirements of those phases, but we are prepared to maintain 6 feet between students during worship, dining, and activities. If you would like for your child to wear a mask, please send him/her wearing one each day.
